Paprika – 1 tsp

Fresh thyme – 2 tsp

Garlic powder – 1 tsp

Breadcrumbs – ½ cup

Pork – 700 g

Prepare fresh breadcrumbs, not dry. Mix with the spices listed. | |

Grease the pork (not fat) with Dijon mustard, and then roll in a mixture of breadcrumbs. Put in a hot preheated oven for 200 g 30-40 min. | |
