Today I will tell you how to prepare an excellent steak from fish, in particular – from salmon.
The history of the steak is rooted in the times of Ancient Rome, when in temples during the sacrifice the priests roasted large pieces of beef on the bars in order to place them on the divine altar. But in spite of this, America is considered to be the birthplace of steaks – it is almost the only valuable contribution of the USA to the world cuisine. It is not by chance that here was created a real cult of steak, which became part of the national culture.

Recipe of making steak from salmon
Ingredients

Salmon fillets – 4 pc

Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp

Caraway – 1/2 tsp

Cinnamon – 1 tsp

Ginger powder – 1 tsp

Chilli powder – 2 tbsp

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Salt – 2 tbsp.

Olive oil – 1 tbsp

To prepare a steak from salmon, we will need the fillets of this fish. | |

To make a marinade, in a sealed package we fill the nutmeg, caraway, cinnamon, ginger, ground red pepper, turmeric and salt. | |

Pour olive oil there, close the package and shake it until all the contents are moved to a monotonous mass. | |

Put the fillet of salmon into the marinade and once again shake the package to completely cover the fish. Now put the marinade with the fish into the refrigerator and hold it there for at least three hours, or better the night. | |

When the salmon is sufficiently marinated, put it on the grill and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side. | |
