Recipe of making lapti made from potatoes with mushrooms and eggplants

Peel the potatoes and outline form of the future Lapti.Gently give a shape of Lapti with a knife and a small spoon. | |

Then cut recess with the knife and carefully cut a net. | |

Put in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 C.Get out from the oven and leave a little to cool. | |

Make the stuffing.Option 1:
I do the eggplant for the day, so they are good. Peel the eggplants and cut into thin slices. Season with salt and pepper, put them in a bowl and leave overnight (to go all liquid out of them – they become like a little sun-dried). Then fry them on both sides in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put the eggplants into a container, add garlic, pepper, salt and vinegar. Shake well and leave for several hours. |
