If you have tried the fried chicken from any fast food chain, you probably know that in many times its taste is determined by the taste enhancer. And the chicken from Chili’s network (representing the Texan-Mexican cuisine) is no exception. Since the flavor enhancer is difficult to buy, in this recipe for the breading test a ready-made chicken broth is used. Thus, applying this simple method, we get a crispy chicken, as in a fast food restaurant.
Recipe of making chili’s original chicken crispers

Mix the mayonnaise, honey, mustard, salt, baking powder and paprika. Put in the refrigerator for cooling. | |
