Recipe of making buns with courgette and cheese

Fresh basil – 2 tbsp

Sun-dried tomatoes in oil – 2 tbsp

Parmesan – ¼ cup

Butter – 113 g

Cheese – 1 cup

Baking powder – 1 tbsp

Flour – 2 ½ cup

Salt – 1 ½ tsp

Courgette – ¾ cup

Milk 2.5% – 1 cup

Preheat the oven to 210 gr. Grate the courgette so that it is 3/4 measuring cup. Put it in a colander, salt 1/4 tsp and mix. Let stand for 10 minutes.Wash with water. Remove the excess liquid. | |

Mix flour, baking powder and salt in the big container. Cut the butter into pieces. | |

Add the butter into the flour. Add the courgette, grated cheese like mozzarella, for example, and cheddar cheese, chopped sun-dried tomatoes and chopped fresh basil.Add the milk and mix well without overdoing. | |

Put with a spoon on a greased baking trays or baking paper. Then put in the oven for 22-25 minutes. | |
